Our caribbean sea salt is harvested in the crystal clear waters that form the
coast of Grande Saline island in the Carribean Sea. These waters are so
remote that the only boats in the area are propelled by sails and oars, which
have kept the waters of the ocean petroleum free for many years of salt
harvesting.
Our caribbean sea salt is a kosher flaked salt with a light, delicate flavor and
softer crystals than other sea salts. This is the perfect salt to
highlight the taste of fresh and steamed vegetables.
