Our lime & coconut smoked sea salt begins with sun dried sea salt from the
south Pacific that is slowly smoked over real coconut shells and kaffir lime
leaves. This all-natural process delivers a subtly complex flavor without
any aftertaste. No liquid smoke, artificial flavors or coloring is added.
Our lime & coconut smoked sea salt is a natural compliment to steaks,
roasts, steamed/grilled veggies, salads, seafood and even pasta. Use it

Mango Salsa
2 ripe mangos, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 shallot, peeled and finely chopped
½ red pepper, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Mix well then sprinkle with ½ teaspoon lime & coconut smoked sea
salt
Serve with grilled or broiled fish.
