Our sal do mar is certified organic by France’s Nature & Progres — an extremely rigorous salt certification process that insures purity and quality. This crisp, clean tasting salt is a great 'all-purpose' sea salt that goes with everything from salads to pastas to roasted meats.

Fine ground sal do mar is perfect to sprinkle directly onto foods. We also offer sal do mar in coarse crystals for grinding.

Variations in mineral content and harvesting methods create the unique look and taste of individual sea salts. Differences in flavor are subtle yet delicious. To get the most out of sea salts, add them after cooking and do not use sea salts on highly seasoned foods.
