the Mediterannean sea and has upplied the world with sea salt for thousands of
years. A sunny climate, hot winds from North Africa, and low rainfall
result in a sea salt that is naturally whiter than most.
Our sal do mar is certified organic by France’s Nature & Progres — an
extremely rigorous salt certification process that insures purity and
quality. This crisp, clean tasting salt is a great 'all-purpose' sea salt
that goes with everything from salads to pastas to roasted meats.
Fine ground sal do mar is perfect to sprinkle directly onto foods. We also
offer sal do mar in coarse
crystals for grinding.
