This hand-mined Jurassic era sea salt is found deep in the Himalayan Mountain
ranges. The variations in mineral content produce crystals that vary in
color from pale pink to deep red and create a symphony of subtly different
flavors.
The extra large crystals of our coarse Himalayan pink mountain salt provide
great visual appeal but should be ground onto food to disperse the flavors more
evenly. Also avaialable as a finely ground pink powder for easy
shaking.
