Our almond cocoa combines mellow amaretto with chocolate in a decadent delight.
We are happy to offer both regular and dark versions of our almond cocoa.
Our dark cocoas are less sweet to emphasize the deep, rich flavor of dark chocolate.
For perfect hot cocoa, dissolve 2-1/2 level tablespoons cocoa in enough hot water to
make a paste, then add 8 ounces hot milk.
Make delicious mocha in minutes. For a 12 ounce cup, combine a heaping tablespoon
of cocoa, 8 ounces of coffee and 4 ounces of milk, liquid creamer, mocha mix, etc.
If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk, faerie's almond cocoa is equally
delicious when made with soy milk.
