faerie loves citrus, particularly orange. Our orange cocoa places the sweet
rich flavor of valencia oranges against a background of chocolate velvet.
We are happy to offer both regular and dark versions of our orange cocoa.
Our dark cocoas are less sweet to emphasize the deep, rich flavor of dark chocolate.
For perfect hot cocoa, dissolve 2-1/2 level tablespoons cocoa in enough hot water to
make a paste, then add 8 ounces hot milk.
Make delicious mocha in minutes. For a 12 ounce cup, combine a heaping tablespoon
of cocoa, 8 ounces of coffee and 4 ounces of milk, liquid creamer, mocha mix, etc.
If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk, faerie's orange cocoa is equally
delicious when made with soy milk.
