For perfect hot cocoa, dissolve 2-1/2 level tablespoons cocoa in enough hot water to
make a paste, then add 8 ounces hot milk.
Make delicious mocha in minutes. For a 12 ounce cup, combine a heaping tablespoon
of cocoa, 8 ounces of coffee and 4 ounces of milk, liquid creamer, mocha mix, etc.
If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk, faerie's banana cocoa is equally
delicious when made with soy milk.
