Caramel is what happens when sugar is heated to a high temperature. Deep, rich, and sweet, caramel is the perfect flavor compliment to the deep chocolate taste of our caramel flavored cocoa.
We are happy to offer regular, dark and sugar-free versions of our caramel cocoa.
Our dark cocoas are less sweet to emphasize the deep, rich flavor of dark chocolate.
faerie's sugar-free cocoas are made with Splenda® and are more concentrated
than our regular cocoas — so use less per serving.
For perfect hot cocoa, dissolve cocoa in enough hot water to make a paste, then add hot milk.
If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to cow's milk, faerie's caramel cocoa is
equally delicious when made with soy or rice milk.
