Anise is the oldest of cultivated spices and was enjoyed by the early Egyptians,
Greeks and Romans. Found today in many cordials the sweet licorice taste
of anise is a natural complement to coffee.
Now you can enjoy delicious anise flavored mocha easily at home. Faerie
blends powdered espresso with pure cane sugar, premium cocoa and flavor essence
to create our anise mocha mix. You just add two tablespoons of mix per cup
of hot steamed milk.
For delicious iced mocha, combine anise mocha mix with half the normal amount of
steamed milk and pour into a cup full of ice.
If you are allergic to milk or lactose intolerant, Faerie's anise mocha mix is
equally delicious when made with soy, rice or almond milk.
