scottish breakfast tea
Like its cousins, irish and english breakfast teas, our scottish breakfast tea blends hearty teas for the perfect morning beverage.  Faerie takes the crisply astringent darjeeling tea and blends it with the equally robust Kenyan milima tea.  To this she adds a hint of lapsang souchong to create a smokey undercurrent reminiscent of great Scottish single malts.

We have selected the finest teas and botanicals to bring you delicious blended teas.  With an emphasis on flavor our complete line of tea blends lets you select the perfect tea to suit your every mood.

For best results, allow tea leaves to circulate freely while steeping.  You can use an infuser basket or just add the loose tea to the teapot and strain while serving.

Teas are best when used within one year of purchase.  To protect teas from the damaging effects of air and light, tea should be stored in opaque, airtight containers.  We use resealable foil bags that keep your tea fresh and delicious.

For herbal and black tea blends use boiling water and steep about 5 minutes.  We recommend using 1 tsp of tea per cup of water and adjust to your personal taste.

Use approximately 1 tsp per cup.
