phoenix oolong
|
In the Liaoning Province of China, Phoenix Mountain towers over the Yalu
River. Phoenix Mountain is dotted with springs and caves and is home to
many temples and pagodas. It is on this mountain that a very special tea
is grown. Our Phoenix Mountain tea is harvested from large, wild trees and
bushes. With sweet, floral notes, our phoenix oolong tea is reminiscent of
the beauty of the legendary bird for which the mountain is named.
For best results, allow tea leaves to circulate freely while steeping. You
can use an infuser basket or just add the loose tea to the teapot and strain
while serving.
Teas are best when used within one year of purchase. To protect teas from
the damaging effects of air and light, tea should be stored in opaque, airtight
containers. We use resealable foil bags that keep your tea fresh and
delicious.
