- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan.

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and make a well in the center.

- By hand or with an electric mixer, mix the peanut butter until softened.
- Add in the vanilla fantasy, egg, milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- The batter will have a thick, cookie dough like texture.

½ cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
5 tbsp butter

- Cut the butter into pieces and add the sugar and cocoa.
- Mix into a crumb type mixture.
- Add half of the batter to the pan.
- Sprinkle on half of the crumb mixture.
- Add remaining batter and top with remaining crumbs.
- Bake 50 - 55 minutes until done.
- Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool top side up. Do not slice until completely cool.
- Tastes best if you wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for a day before serving.
