rustler's ribs

featuring faerie's beef blend and garlic salt

3 lbs beef ribs
1½ cups red wine
½ cup olive oil
1 tbsp hearty beef blend
1 tsp garlic salt

  • Layer ribs in a large baking dish
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
  • Marinate at least 1 hour, turning ribs periodically.
  • Broil or grill to desired doneness.
