rustler's ribs

featuring faerie's beef blend and garlic salt

3 lbs beef ribs
1� cups red wine
� cup olive oil
1 tbsp hearty beef blend
1 tsp garlic salt

Layer ribs in a large baking dish
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Marinate at least 1 hour, turning ribs periodically.
Broil or grill to desired doneness.
