winter spice sweet potatoes

featuring faerie's winter spice sugar and garlic salt

2½ lbs sweet potatoes
¼ of a pineapple diced (1-1/4 cups)
¾ stick butter or margarine, melted
½ cup winter spice sugar
2 tsp faerie's garlic salt

Bake sweet potatoes in microwave until tender. Cool, peel and dice.
Add remaining ingredients and mash together until thoroughly blended.
Put in an covered oven proof dish and bake at 325 degrees until heated through (about 20 minutes).

This dish is delicious served with french spiced ham and red pepper pineapple. One whole pineapple will make all three recipes.
