¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp faerie's rosemary salt
1 tbsp faerie's tuscan blend
2 tsp light soy sauce or tamari
2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
1 squirt of lime juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed & hand-minced
Combine all ingredients and pour over two boneless, skinless turkey breasts.
Add enough water to cover the turkey breasts.
Marinate at least 20 minutes.
Heat skillet over medium heat (a cast-iron skillet is best).
Add a small amount of oil and cook turkey, browning on both sides.
Reduce heat and continue cooking until turkey is done.
For a tangier dish after browning the turkey, add the remaining marinade to the pan,
turn down heat and simmer until the turkey is done, letting the marinade reduce.
