easy cajun chicken
featuring faerie's cajun blend
Take one boneless, skinless chicken thigh and pat dry.
Sprinkle
cajun blend
generously on both sides.
Heat a non-stick skillet and add a small amount of olive oil.
Put chicken in pan and brown on both sides over medium heat. (Use higher heat if you want the chicken 'blackened').
When both sides are browned, reduce heat to low, at ½ inch of water, cover and cook for about 12 minutes.
