sugar-free maple syrup

featuring faerie's natural maple extract and pure vanilla extract

1 cup apple juice
2½ teaspoons cornstarch
1 tbsp margarine or butter
6 packets artificial sweetener
1 tsp faerie�s natural maple extract
1 tsp faerie�s pure vanilla extract

Combine apple juice and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir in margarine, sweetener, maple and vanilla extracts.
Makes 1 cup or 16 one tablespoon servings.
