fruit pizza
featuring faerie's all-natural flavor extracts
1 roll (10 oz) of refrigerated "slice-n-bake" sugar cookie dough
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1 pkg (8 oz) reduced calorie cream cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp faerie's
pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp faerie's
natural almond extract
1/2 tsp faerie's
natural strawberry extract
3-4 varieties of fresh fruit in season (enough to cover a 14" pizza)
1/2 cup all-fruit apricot jam or jelly
Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices.
Arrange cookie slices slightly overlapping on aluminum foil covered 14" pizza pan.
Press edges to seal the slices together.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let crust sit until cool and then remove from foil onto serving plate.
Combine cream cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla and almond extracts then mix well.
Spread mixture over the crust.
Arrange fruit in an attractive manner on top of cream cheese mixture.
Combine apricot jam and strawberry extract to make thin glaze.
Brush or spoon over the fruit. Dilute jam mixture with water as needed.
