featuring faerie's chili seasonings and faerie dust

3 pounts of shreded beef
1 large (28 oz) can of crushed tomatos
1 medium (15 oz) can of diced tomatos
2 medium (15 oz) cans of tomato sauce
1 white onion chopped coarsely
4 tsp of faerie's regular, mild or diablo chili seasoning
1 tsp faerie dust
Sprinkle meat with faerie dust and brown in small batches in a large pot.
Remove browned meat when done
Pour off any excess fat, leaving about a tablespoon.
Saute onions in pan. Sprinkle chili seasoning over onions while sauteeing.
Add tomatoes, sauce, and browned meat. Bring to boil then simmer for 1 hour.
Best if made a day in advance to let the flavors blend thoroughly and then reheated.
