nectarine cobbler

featuring faerie's 4x vanilla concentrate

8-10 nectarines
1 tsp ground allspice
2 sticks butter
1 tsp faerie's 4x vanilla concentrate
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400° and lightly butter baking dish.
Peel and slice nectarines. Place in baking dish.
Blend together remaining ingredients. Spoon over nectarines.
Bake until golden brown and nectarines are tender - about 20 minutes.
