2 lbs hamburger
2 cups rice
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp hearty beef blend
4 cups beef broth

Mix together and place in 9 x 13 casserole and cover with foil.
Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
