Inspired by traditional salt-rimmed margaritas, bartenders today embellish a
wide variety of drinks with cocktail rimmers — colorful salt and sugar blends
that add both visual pizzazz and delicious flavor accent.
Faerie's cocktail rimmers let you create cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks at
home with the sophisticated appearance and delicious taste of those at your
favorite restaurant or bar.
We package our cocktail rimmers in convenient 1/2 cup plastic tubes that pour
easily and maintain freshness between parties. Our cocktail rimmers are
also available in economical 16 oz reclosable refill bags.
We chose plastic because it is resistant to the natural corrosion from sugar
and salt that ruin metal tins and their contents.
To use, pour 2 - 3 tablespoons of cocktail rimmer into a saucer. Moisten
the rim of a glass with a lemon or lime slice or dip the rim in a saucer of
water. Touch the moistened glass to the rimmer mixture and rotate gently
until the rim is evenly coated.
